Axalta seeks a People Experience Partner at our Mt. Clemens, MI facility to drive HR programs, coach managers, and partner with HR BPs and COEs on projects and implementations.

This role collaborates with leaders to execute performance, engagement, and development initiatives, ensuring compliance and strategic talent delivery across sites. You will support labor relations strategy, build strong relationships, and help deploy HR processes while aligning with local laws.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines.
• Labor relations experience strongly preferred.
• Flexibility with scheduling to support Mt. Clemens and Troy locations.

Responsabilités

• Consult with leaders to drive performance management, employee relations, coaching, engagement, culture, and development initiatives.
• Execute on BU/Functional HR talent agenda including workforce planning, succession, leadership development, and talent acquisition.
• Coach leaders to grow teams in alignment with goals, values, and policies.
