Job summary

X-Rite Pantone is seeking an HR Business Partner to support front‑line managers in Grand Rapids, MI, blending strategic HR with day‑to‑day operations. You will drive talent development, coach leaders, and advocate for a positive, inclusive workplace dedicated to continuous improvement.

Reporting to the VP of Global HR, you will partner across a global HR team, address employee relations, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to a culture that values engagement, growth, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience supporting people leaders and associates, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and supporting managers to enable an engaging, inclusive culture.
• Experience executing change management plans to facilitate transitions and clarity of purpose.
• Collaboration with HR to ensure compliant delivery of services, programs, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent processes within your client group and champion talent moves.
• Provide counsel to people leaders and teams with a focus on inclusion and DEI.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies across HR activities.
• Foster Veralto/X-Rite Pantone culture and positive associate relations.
• Drive action plans using HR KPIs and coaching on process execution (P4G, D4G).
