Arkema Inc. is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to lead HR strategy and initiatives for two manufacturing sites in Alsip, IL and Grand Rapids, MI. The role requires travel between sites and close partnership with plant leadership and the HR &C function.

You will drive talent acquisition, development, compensation, succession planning, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and internal policies. Strong change management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as an HR generalist/HRBP.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead HR strategies for two manufacturing facilities with travel to both sites.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR initiatives and change management.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, development, promotions, and exits for assigned client groups.
• Manage HR processes: performance management, talent reviews, safety and engagement surveys, compensation practices.
• Provide counsel on employee relations and labor matters, minimizing risk.
• Ensure HR policies and OSHA/EPA compliance across sites.
• Maintain HR data accuracy in SAP and support payroll coordination.
