Job summary

Candeo is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator / Employee Experience Specialist to support HR functions, onboarding, training, and employee engagement. The role collaborates with leadership to maintain records, ensure compliance, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate will manage onboarding programs, track training, and assist with benefits during open enrollment, while supervising reception and office operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• One year HR experience preferred
• Experience with people with disabilities preferred
• Valid Iowa Driver’s License
• Proof of Automobile Insurance
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft or compatible software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Empathetic listening and problem-solving
• No disqualifying background indicated
