Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• One year of HR experience, especially in creating employee experience, preferred.
• Experience with people with disabilities preferred.
• Valid Iowa Driver’s License
• Proof of Automobile Insurance

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR documents and records.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee onboarding programs and training tracking.
• Track performance evaluations and engagement metrics.
• Assist with benefits administration during open enrollment.
• Supervise reception and support office duties.
