Marvin is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and compliance while helping build a positive workplace culture.

The role offers hands‑on experience across HR functions, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, records maintenance, benefits support, payroll assistance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, but not required.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, or HR roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and create an exceptional first-day experience.
• Maintain and update employee records with confidentiality in HR systems.
• Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects.
• Partner with employees and leaders to foster a positive work environment.
