Job summary

Infinity by Marvin in Minnesota is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration and compliance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will partner with the HR team to maintain records, assist with payroll and benefits, respond to employee inquiries, and help create a positive workplace culture with confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Prior administrative, customer service, or HR experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and discretion handling confidential information.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting people and organizational success.

Compensation

$22-$24 per hour, pay based on experience.
