TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking a People Experience Generalist to support staffing, onboarding, and compensation and benefits administration across multiple sites. • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and employment law basics.
• Ability to partner with safety teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring in collaboration with managers.
• Onboards new employees and manages onboarding paperwork and equipment orders.
• Maintains employee records and HRIS data, and conducts background checks.
• Supports payroll processing backup and updates employee files biweekly.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
