Job summary

The role works with HR and cross‑functional partners to align events with culture and strategy, including recognition programs and community activities. Must be comfortable with evenings, weekends, and local travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee, client, and community events end-to-end.
• Manage budgets, venue selection, vendors, timelines, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate recognition programs and culture-building initiatives with HR.
• Develop standardized processes, checklists, templates, and tools for events.
• Support events during peak periods, including evenings or weekends and travel locally.
