Job summary

Bridgewater Bank in St. Louis Park seeks an Event Specialist to support planning and execution of internal and external events for employees, clients, prospects, and partners. You’ll work with the Marketing Team to deliver high‑quality experiences across the bank.

You will coordinate logistics, manage promotional materials, support day‑of operations, and ensure events align with the bank’s brand and values. Evening/weekend availability and local travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Event Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of event planning, hospitality, or project coordination experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends and travel locally for events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for internal, external, and sponsored events; oversee planning and execution.
• Execute event administrative tasks, including nametags, packing supplies, gifts, and post‑event reporting.
• Manage promotional materials, sourcing, ordering, organizing, and tracking branded items.
• Coordinate meeting and event logistics: room layouts, food, AV, materials, and setup.
• Provide day‑of event support: setup, registration, troubleshooting, vendor management, attendee experience, teardown, follow‑up.
• Act as a professional ambassador for Bridgewater Bank with clients and partners.
• Ensure events align with the bank’s brand, culture, and values; support marketing initiatives.
