Qualifications

What You Will Be Doing

Join our dynamic team as Event Coordinator, where you'll focus on the hands‑on planning, coordination, and execution of engaging event experiences for our employees and clients. In this position, you will turn ideas and plans into well‑run, memorable experiences by managing logistics, timelines, vendors, and onsite details. You will work closely with internal partners to support established event goals and people experience initiatives, ensuring each event and recognition activity is delivered smoothly and consistently. How You Will Get the Job Done
  • Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and execute employee, client, and community events in alignment with defined objectives, the Bank’s culture, brand standards, and strategic priorities. Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, timelines, contracts, and onsite execution. Support signature Bank events such as Christmas Parties, client events, community events, employee parties, etc. by executing approved plans and timelines. Partner with the Experience team, Leadership team, and the business to define event objectives, themes, and agendas or schedules. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and venue partners before and during events. Assist in post-event wrap up, including feedback collection documentation, and follow up tasks.
  • People Experience Rewards & Recognition Support: Execute the Bank’s employee reward and recognition programs by coordinating logistics, ordering, tracking and fulfillment. Support recognition initiatives such as service anniversaries, milestone awards, and spot recognition, and team celebrations. Maintain recognition calendars and activities are completed on time. Coordinate with HR leadership to support culture-building initiatives that reinforce the Bank’s values, client service standards, and guiding principles. Manage recognition inventory, assist with budget tracking, and support fulfillment processes. Prepare internal communications related to recognition programs, celebrations, and people experience initiatives, as directed.
  • Program Administration & Coordination: Maintain accurate records related to events, recognition programs, participation and expenses. Coordinate vendor setup, including sourcing, invoicing, contract administration and payment processing. Track event and recognition budgets and assist with forecasting and reconciliation. Develop and maintain standardized processes, event checklists, templates, timelines, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and leadership related information.
  • Collaboration & Culture Support: Serve as a key partner to HR, Brand & Communication, Keystone, and Leadership team to support planned initiatives. Act as a culture ambassador by reinforcing the Bank’s values, client service standards, and guiding principles through events and recognition efforts. Provide hands‑on, onsite support for events, including set up, breakdown, and day‑of coordination. Serve as a reliable execution partner who helps bring initiatives to life. Support events during peak periods, including evenings or occasional weekends, as required by event schedules.

Professional & Educational Experience You Bring

A bachelor’s degree from four‑year College or University with emphasis in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field. A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in event planning or coordination, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

For this position, we anticipate a pay range between $28 and $42, hourly. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance.
