Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR department.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and fosters a healthy work environment; raises awareness of available programs to assist Team Members.
• Answers Team Member questions related to HR policy; provides written and verbal communications to Team Members confidentially.
• Advises leaders on people issues and elevates complex issues as needed.
• Provides payroll assistance: conducts weekly audits and communicates with third party staffing agencies regarding payroll.
• Reports on online training completion and assists Team Members in completing assigned courses.
• Acts as on-site contact for Leaves of Absence and onboarding processes.
• Participates in recruitment and interview processes; assists in benefits enrollment and open enrollment meetings.
• Supports recognition programs and engagement initiatives; assists in internal/external marketing efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
