Job summary

Falcon Ambulance in Concord, CA, is seeking an Employee Experience Manager to design and drive a comprehensive strategy for the entire employee lifecycle, fostering engagement, culture, and performance across our multi-site operations.

You will partner with leaders to implement programs, manage onboarding, surveys, and leave with analytics to continuously improve. A five-year HR background, a degree, and HR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• HR Certification (HRCI/SHRM) preferred.
• Ability to visit Falcon’s local regional stations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop initiatives that enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Culture Champion; embed culture into daily operations and communications.
• Support communication strategies to keep employees informed and aligned.
• Conduct surveys and focus groups to assess sentiment and identify improvements.
• Support recruitment to hire top talent in the industry.
• Create onboarding experiences that promote early employee connection and Falcon culture.
• Monitor employee journey touchpoints and respond with high service levels.
• Support performance management and identify training needs.
• Direct employee relations, follow up, and document issues.
• Manage employee records and compliance in personnel files.
• Oversee leave administration and Workers' Compensation.
• Coordinate benefits inquiries and resolutions.
• Conduct exit interviews and develop offboarding processes.
• Use metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize processes.
• Examine HR processes to improve Falcon’s internal/external support.
