Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Program Manager, Team Member Experience to lead strategic design and enterprise-wide initiatives that foster a high-performing culture. You will champion HumanKindness across a diverse workforce, translating workforce data into actionable strategies and driving end-to-end execution of engagement programs.

The role requires a master’s degree and at least five years of leadership in recognition, engagement, or culture programs, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in HR, OD, business, communications or related field.
• Five years leading employee recognition, engagement, culture, or wellbeing programs for large, dispersed teams; vendor management experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute enterprise-wide engagement programs aligned with company values.
• Provide governance for recognition, rewards and ambassador networks.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to align experience strategies with business priorities.
• Manage program budgets, vendor partnerships and operational workflows.
