Job summary

Mondelez International seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for its U.S. Customer Service & Logistics teams.

You will shape end-to-end people strategy, drive workforce planning, and partner with senior leaders to transform organization design and capability development. You will lead talent and culture initiatives, coach leaders, and align HR plans with business priorities, while managing transformation projects and rewards decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a business partner.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to build HR operating plans and people/capability roadmaps.
• Broad generalist HR skills across populations with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate organizational strategy into team objectives.
• Own end-to-end People strategy for select U.S. Customer Service & Logistics teams.
• Conduct workforce planning using data and analytics to enable business strategy.
• Collaborate on organization design and transformation agendas.
• Support compensation decisions and recognition as part of talent strategy.
• Coach senior function leaders and guide change management initiatives.
• Foster growth culture, inclusion, and employee engagement across teams.
