Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to drive service, cost, safety, quality, and policy adherence. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3PLs to ensure effective stock management, iDoc control, interface monitoring, track & trace, and pallet handling.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, SAP/WMS reconciliation, KPI monitoring, and opportunities for productivity gains.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
Team player.
Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function (asset).
Analytical thinking.
Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze stock inaccuracies; guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system, analyze capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures.
Work with service providers to ensure delivery of trading partners in terms of punctuality, completeness, quality and HACCP guidelines.
Monitor inbound, outbound, co‑packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf‑life monitoring and management, support reduction of write‑offs and continuously seek opportunities to improve productivity.
Conduct project‑related and ad‑hoc tasks, especially for continuous improvement projects, tenders and peak management.
Build and provide full‑cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities.
