Taco Bell in Hawaii is seeking an Assistant General Manager ( AGM ) to support the General Manager in leading restaurant operations, people and performance. This role requires open availability, strong coaching, and a focus on safety and customer service.

The AGM will help recruit and develop staff, monitor daily operations, and drive sales and profits while maintaining franchise standards. Candidate must be able to work 5 days a week, with a 45-hour schedule, and obtain a tuberculosis clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate required.
• Ability to work 5 days a week; minimum 45 hours weekly.
