Ensign Services is seeking a highly organized People Development Coordinator to join our team. This onsite role supports recruiting, learning and development, and back-office HR operations at our Service Center.

You’ll manage affiliate Indeed accounts, assist with Workday Recruiting processes, and help create efficient, scalable systems across the organization. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting, project coordination, administrative support or similar role.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• Takes ownership and follows through without constant supervision.
• Enjoys improving processes and making them efficient.
• Comfortable with Excel and learning new tech.
• Able to manage multiple priorities without losing track.

Responsibilities

• Own and support affiliate location Indeed accounts, audits, branding and posting consistency; assist with administration and troubleshooting.
• Support day-to-day Workday Recruiting processes, including requisition approvals and oversight.
• Pull and organize recurring people and recruiting data; maintain reports and trackers.
• Own recurring team operations processes and help create more organized and efficient workflows.
• Update tools, communications, and resources used by the team and field leaders.
