Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized People Development Coordinator to join the People Development team. This onsite role will help strengthen recruiting and the employee experience by owning key processes and supporting projects across the organization.

You will work with leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent while building scalable processes and tools. This position emphasizes data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration in Tempe, AZ or Midvale, UT.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting, project coordination, or administrative support is preferred, with focus on organizing and prioritizing tasks.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to own processes and follow through without constant oversight.
• Comfort with Excel and learning new software tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and support affiliate location Indeed accounts and recruiting initiatives.
• Support Workday Recruiting processes, requisition approvals, and user guidance.
• Pull and organize recurring people and recruiting data; maintain reports.
• Own recurring team operations processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Update tools, communications, and resources used by the team.
