Denver School of Science and Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of People Data and Systems to lead Talent Operations, including Workday HRIS, employee training tools, and network-wide compensation.

Formación

• Five years of professional experience including project management and proven ability to lead challenging people work.
• Four+ years of demonstrated success meeting or exceeding team goals or project/initiative success.
• Four+ years of demonstrated success working across multiple teams/stakeholders (internal & external).
• Experience configuring and administering Workday HRIS, including business process design, security administration, organizational structure management, reporting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads development and implementation of strategic Talent Operations initiatives and systems (Workday HRIS, training tools, compensation).
• Provide people data and strategy to support DSST mission and goals.
• Lead network-wide Talent Operations projects and implement core HR functions.
• Partner with School Leaders to update and communicate talent operations procedures and strategies.
• Gather and interpret team member data to analyze business challenges and offer solutions.
• Develop Talent Operations initiatives delivering measurable staff support results.
• Build partnerships with Home Office experts to improve work execution and culture.
• Support Staff Wellness, Leadership Development, Benefits and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with School Leaders to update talent operations procedures and messages.
