Job summary

DSST Public Schools is seeking a Senior Manager of People Data and Systems to oversee HRIS, data reporting, and talent operations for 1,000+ staff. You will lead Workday maintenance, reporting, and employee training while partnering with school leaders to implement core HR processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-team collaboration, and project leadership in a fast-growing network. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience including project management.
• Experience leading across multiple teams/stakeholders.
• Experience configuring Workday HRIS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Talent Operations initiatives and systems (e.g., Workday HCM).
• Provide people data strategies and actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage projects and communications across Home Office and schools.
• Partner with school leaders to update talent operations procedures, messages and strategies.
• Support staff wellness, development, benefits, and performance management as needed.
