AAA Central Penn is seeking a People & Culture Talent Acquisition Specialist in Harrisburg, PA to lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring leaders, and build programs for a stronger talent pipeline.

You will own the recruiting experience—from sourcing and screening to behavioral interviews, offers, and onboarding—while strengthening our employment story and outreach at events. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing and program development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• At least three years of progressive talent acquisition or HR experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Proven experience with sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and developing recruiting programs.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software; strong MS Office skills.
• Advanced communication, presentation, networking and organizational abilities; able to work independently and make data-driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.
• Experience coordinating internship, early-career, college recruiting, or workforce development programs and partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Own the recruiting experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and craft effective attraction strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build relationships with colleges, workforce orgs, and community partners; represent AAA Central Penn at events.
• Develop and support internship, early-career, college recruiting, and related programs.
• Create engaging job postings and outreach that highlight AAA Central Penn as a great career destination.
• Use recruiting metrics and trends to evaluate results and drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate, compliant hiring records.
