Job summary

You will collaborate with frontline leaders on people strategies, workforce planning, and engagement, while supporting HR initiatives and change management to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or high school diploma with 4+ years HR experience.
• Minimum 3 additional years of Employee Human Resource Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary People & Culture point of contact for employees and leaders, guiding on employee relations, performance management and HR processes.
• Partnering with frontline leaders to advise on people strategies, workforce planning and engagement.
• Supporting and executing HR initiatives, programs and processes in line with company policies.
• Coaching managers through performance matters, talent development, and daily people challenges.
