Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Manager, People to serve as the day-to-day HR business partner for assigned corporate functions, translating priorities into practical people plans and ensuring effective processes for leadership development, engagement, and associate experience.

The role leads a small team, collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence, and guides leaders through performance and change initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive People, HR, or HR business partner experience.
• Experience in associate relations, performance management, talent processes, and coaching leaders.
• Experience supporting corporate functions in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's and HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to translate priorities into practical people actions.
• Provide day-to-day coaching on performance, development, and policy application.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Manage a small team and coordinate with HR COEs and shared services.
