Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced People & Culture partner in Minden, NV. You will be the primary contact for employees and leaders, guiding on employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.

You will collaborate with frontline leaders on people strategies, workforce planning, and engagement, while supporting HR initiatives and change management to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or high school diploma with 4+ years HR experience.
• Minimum 3 additional years of Employee Human Resource Management experience.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

• Serving as the primary People & Culture point of contact for employees and leaders, providing guidance, coaching, and support on employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.
• Partnering with frontline leaders and functional managers to advise on people strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Supporting and executing key HR initiatives, programs, and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company policies.
• Coaching managers through employee performance matters, talent development discussions, and day-to-day people challenges to drive positive business outcomes.
• Facilitating effective communication between employees, leaders, and People & Culture teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
• Analyzing workforce trends and people-related metrics to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and support informed decision‑making.
• Leading or contributing to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement and organizational capability.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to implement HR programs, support change management efforts, and drive successful business results.

To be successful in this role you will

• Must be currently located in or within commuting distance of Minden, Nevada.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management.

This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which can be found here, and is further eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans or policies.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $83,630.00 - $155,350.00.

Candidates for this role (office‑based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
