Job summary

Alleima in Concord, North Carolina is seeking a P&C Manager and Office Manager to support management and employees at the site of about 40 people across office and shop roles. You will manage HR processes locally and oversee office administration.

Reporting to the Production Unit Manager with a dotted line to Head of People & Culture in Sweden, you will drive HR initiatives, develop strategies, align with global HR projects, and help embed the company culture as we grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (minimum).
• 5+ years in HR role within manufacturing setting.
• Experience with compliance and labor law, especially in North Carolina.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead locally on HR processes and office administration.
• Develop and implement the HR strategy to attract, develop and retain staff.
• Support management and employees at the Concord site including office and shop roles.
• Embed and align company culture with growth and global HR initiatives.
