Carolina PRG is partnering with a manufacturing company to identify a hands-on Human Resources Manager. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, supports employees and leadership, and helps maintain effective HR processes.

The ideal candidate enjoys being actively involved in all aspects of HR, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, balancing employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and HR administration. This is a role that directly impacts daily operations and workforce culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, benefits administration, and general HR operations.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR responsibilities and handle sensitive employee matters.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and workplace concerns.
• Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership on staffing needs, workforce planning, and employee retention.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts, interviews, offers, and onboarding for hourly and salaried employees.
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation.
• Support payroll processes, timekeeping, and compensation changes.
• Assist with employee training, performance reviews, and development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and overall employee experience.
• Partner with plant leadership to support a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
