Job summary

Alleima, Kanthal brand, seeks a People & Culture/Office Manager for our Concord, North Carolina site. You will lead HR processes for ~40+ staff across office and shop roles, while supporting the US sales team and managing office administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent knowledge gained through solid work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing with office and shop employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor law, particularly in North Carolina, USA.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive local HR processes and develop/implement the HR strategy to attract, develop, manage, and retain employees.
• Oversee office administration, site access, visitors, employee events and related tasks.
• Support US sales organization and act as a HR/office liaison within the organization.
• Collaborate with Production Unit Manager and Head of People & Culture to align HR initiatives with business needs.
