Job summary

Kanthal, part of Alleima Group, is seeking a People & Culture/Office Manager in Concord, NC. You will lead HR operations for the site, align people practices with business goals, and support both management and shop-floor employees.

With at least 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, you will handle compliance and labor-law matters in North Carolina, drive HR initiatives, and help embed the company culture across the site while coordinating office administration and activities.

Qualifications

• Academic background in HR, minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge from experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing with both office and shop employees.
• Strong compliance and labor law knowledge, particularly in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Lead local HR processes and programs at the Concord, NC site.
• Develop and implement the organization’s HR strategy to support business objectives.
• Support management and employees, and coordinate office admin and site access/visitors.
• Drive HR projects and help integrate the company culture across the organization.
