Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding coordination with Talent Acquisition team.
• Benefits administration and open enrollment oversight.
• Leave of absence administration per federal/state laws.
• Employee relations and investigations; termination support.
• Maintain employee files and generate periodic reports.
• Payroll assistance and deductions processing.
• Safety liaison and onsite support to Safety department.
• General administrative tasks and data management.
