Job summary

Lyons Magnus LLC, a leader in the food industry, seeks a People and Culture Manager in Fresno, CA. This role performs para-professional/technical work across recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and leave of absence administration, serving as liaison between People and Culture and management.

You will develop and drive people-focused initiatives, support payroll and safety processes onsite, and help maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with federal and state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field is required.
• Understanding and applying federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviews and offers.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, and deductions.
• Manage leave of absence processes and return-to-work coordination.
• Assist with payroll processing and reporting as needed.
• Maintain employee records and generate HR reports.
• Support safety and on-site administrative duties as liaison.
