Lyles Services Co. in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Compliance professional to manage complex HR matters with autonomy across affiliated companies.

You will drive process improvements, oversee onboarding/offboarding, and support benefits and leave administration. The role partners with HR leadership to develop SOPs, templates, and training, guiding HR Administrators and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years progressive HR administrative experience; 6+ preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and California employment law.
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with benefits and leave administration.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR operations and compliance across affiliated companies.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, personnel transactions and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate benefits and leave administration with vendors.
• Develop SOPs, templates and policy implementations with HR leadership.
• Lead training and development program coordination and compliance tracking.
• Provide guidance to HR Administrators and partnering managers.
