Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager for Lake Compounce. You will lead HR operations, oversee payroll, benefits, staffing, and training across park departments, while ensuring legal compliance and supporting park leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (equivalents accepted), 3+ years in HR, and strong English communication. This is an on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in HR or management; 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Fluent English; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all HR activities for Lake Compounce and related departments.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, scheduling and HR data entry.
• Advise leadership on coaching, disciplinary actions and policy adherence.
• Develop and implement staff training and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
