Analog Bits, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking an HR Manager, Culture, Talent & People Operations. You will own day-to-day HR operations, recruitment and immigration while stewarding culture across global offices. The role reports to the CEO and requires collaboration with Prague and Korea HR admins.

Your impact includes onboarding, policy communication, benefits administration, and ensuring a consistent, employee-focused experience worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on HR ops ownership.
• Experience in semiconductor/engineering culture is preferred.
• California wage/hour and leave laws knowledge.
• Full-cycle recruiting and immigration case management experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, BambooHR or Workday.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day HR operations and HRIS administration.
• Lead recruitment and immigration processes for US roles.
• Shape onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience across offices.
• Partner with Finance/IT on HR initiatives and system migrations.
• Support performance management and policy compliance.
