Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a People and Culture Intern for an on-site, 12-week program in Long Beach, CA. You will gain hands-on experience across HR operations, collaborating with the Total Rewards, TA, and IT teams while receiving mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

The role requires enrollment in an relevant degree (BA/MA/PhD) and a minimum GPA of 3.0, with at least one semester remaining. A relocation stipend may be offered and base compensation is around $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or related field and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge in People & Culture operations and grow professionally.
• Work with a fast-paced group to apply HR concepts to real challenges.
• Attend frequent 1:1s with mentors and provide progress updates.
