Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Working knowledge of HR/Employment laws and regulations.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills; Strong MS Office skills; HRIS/ATS experience helpful.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Team Members by monitoring performance and providing feedback; training and development needs; involvement in hiring and evaluation.
• Ensure effective HR review, succession planning, and development of leadership pipelines across districts.
• Partner with Store Directors on selection and development of Assistant Store Directors.
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate in-store job fairs and staffing for new store openings.
• Lead organizational change initiatives impacting districts and stores.
