Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an HR Business Partner to plan, direct and coordinate HR management across an assigned district, aligning people strategy with Sprouts culture and business goals. You will build strong relations, drive talent development and engagement, and collaborate with District Director and store leadership on succession and development plans.

Travel to multiple stores is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field (equivalent work experience considered).
• Multi-location/multi-site oversight experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of HR principles, employment laws and compliance
• Proven leadership, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact with all organizational levels and vendors
• Travel required

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate HR management activities across an assigned district.
• Foster Sprouts culture, support values, engagement and retention.
• Develop and execute development plans for high-potential leaders with measurable outcomes.
• Lead succession planning and promote internal talent across stores.
• Collaborate with District Director and store leadership on staffing, training and policy adherence.
• Escalate complex ER matters and partner with Legal and LP when needed.
