Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner, Store Operations, to build strategic partnerships that strengthen organizational effectiveness across Team Member relations, compliance, engagement, talent planning, and HR programs.

This role operates in a fast-paced retail environment with a hybrid work schedule from Home Office in Coppell, TX. The successful candidate will provide practical HR guidance, manage confidential information, and translate priorities into clear actions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of three years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting multi-unit retail operations and Home Office teams.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and employment-related compliance.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Teams, HRIS, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR partnership to Store Operations and collaborate with Field HR Business Partners.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, engagement, performance management, and talent processes.
• Support stores by responding to Team Member and leader needs and visiting locations as appropriate.
• Investigate Team Member relations issues with objectivity and timeliness.
• Maintain confidentiality of Team Member information and ensure records comply with company policies.
