Job summary

Heritage Grocers Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align HR programs with business goals and oversee staffing, compensation, benefits, and safety across districts. You will supervise Team Members, coach leaders, and manage employee relations while ensuring compliance with state laws.

The role requires 3-5 years in HR, bilingual Spanish/English, and travel across locations. A proactive, collaborative partner will thrive in our community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Working knowledge of HR/Employment laws and regulations.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Strong MS Office skills; previous experience with HRIS/ATS systems helpful.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Team Members, including hiring and evaluations.
• Coordinate HR review and leadership development across districts.
• Partner with Store Directors on staff development.
• Handle employee relations and case investigations.
• Ensure Harassment Prevention Training compliance.
• Coordinate ADA/FEHA interactive processes as needed.
• Support store staffing for new openings and job fairs.
• Travel to stores to maintain HR visibility.
