Henderson Inc. in Virginia is seeking an Human Resources Manager to lead the people function across the office and field operations.

You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance, and compliance, partnering with the CFO and leadership to build the workforce and culture needed for growth. You will supervise the Payroll/HR Administrator, influence policy, and ensure a friendly, welcoming environment where employees feel valued from day one.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes and tax withholding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for office, project management, field leadership, and skilled roles; write job descriptions, post ads, source candidates, screen and interview.
• Prepare offer letters and employment agreements, with legal review as needed.
• Design and improve onboarding programs, coordinate with Safety and department leaders, and manage offboarding.
