Qualifications

• Degree in business administration preferred but not required with sufficient applicable experience.
• 3+ years Construction or HR administration preferred.
• Knowledge of all administrative functions of construction company.
• Must be able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Process New Hire/Rehire/Transfer/Termination paperwork.
• Assist with managing regional HR department and supervise HR Generalist.
• Maintain Vacation and Sick leave records for the Region and tracks leave for compliance.
• Oversee HR needs across projects to ensure compliance with Corporate HR.
• Review HR documents before submission.
• Provide onboarding and training to new hires.
• Assist estimating department on bid close and contract compliance.
• Manage and update wage, fringe data and compliance reporting as needed.
