VOAMASS in Massachusetts is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to support the HR function, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee records throughout the lifecycle. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, audits, and HR operations on-site, reporting to the Director of People & Culture.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and collaboration with teams to meet regulatory and organizational requirements in a human services environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree encouraged.
• Two+ years of administrative HR experience.
• Strong customer service, confidentiality, and communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Ability to audit and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

• Review resumes and conduct screenings.
• Perform reference checks and pre-employment verifications.
