Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across Talent & Culture functions.
• Be the initial contact for team member inquiries in T&C matters.
• Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives.
• Track and support compliance activities (Workers’ Compensation & OSHA).
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
