Job summary

Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection in Telluride, Colorado, seeks a Server Assistant to support our dining team and help elevate guest experiences through attentive service.

You will assist in setting up and clearing tables, serving beverages, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment while collaborating with the service staff to meet high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Back Server preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
• Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience.
• Assist guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols

The targeted compensation rate for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $13/hr + tips. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Collection.

Job Description

Become the backbone of our dining experience as a Server Assistant, where your attentiveness and teamwork will elevate every guest's visit. Supporting our service team, you'll ensure smooth operations, anticipate needs, and create memorable moments for patrons, leaving a lasting impression of exceptional hospitality.
