• Ability to work weekends and holidays per dept needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations ensuring seamless kitchen and FOH coordination.
• Train and motivate the F&B team, uphold service standards.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and cost-control measures.
• Engage guests and solicit feedback to improve dining experiences.
