An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Admin / People & Culture Coordinator to enhance their HR functions. This role involves managing employee records, conducting onboarding, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Maintains and enhances the hotel's human resources functions by planning, training, onboarding, managing employee records, filing, and assisting the People and Culture Manager on property.
Education: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree or other qualifications providing the required skills and knowledge.
Experience: Two years of Human Resources experience preferred. Skilled in HRIS. Experience with payroll and Union relations is a plus.
Other: Additional language ability preferred.
