Job description

Administrative Support

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing administrative duties supporting the CPCO and the People & Culture/Human Resources functions
  • Preparing departmental invoicing for accounting
  • Handling departmental projects and daily operational needs
  • Supporting compliance, including internal audit preparations
  • Assisting in process improvements and efficiencies with the team
  • Supporting the employee recognition program

  • Managing benefit invoice remittance processes weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly
  • Coordinating with the People, Benefits & Culture Coordinator and Payroll to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintaining knowledge of JCFS benefits

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with UKG or similar HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of health, life, and retirement benefits
  • Support experience at the Director level or above
  • Three years in HR supporting recruitment or operations
  • Foundational HR laws and practices knowledge
  • PHR or SHRM certification
  • Reliable transportation within Chicago area
  • Experience in health services or non-profit sectors
