Administrative Support
Responsibilities include:
- Performing administrative duties supporting the CPCO and the People & Culture/Human Resources functions
- Preparing departmental invoicing for accounting
- Handling departmental projects and daily operational needs
- Supporting compliance, including internal audit preparations
- Assisting in process improvements and efficiencies with the team
- Supporting the employee recognition program

Minimum Qualifications
- Some college coursework completed, at least two years of HR or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UKG or similar HRIS systems
- Knowledge of health, life, and retirement benefits
- Support experience at the Director level or above
- Three years in HR supporting recruitment or operations
- Foundational HR laws and practices knowledge
- PHR or SHRM certification
- Reliable transportation within Chicago area
- Experience in health services or non-profit sectors
