The individual in this role will serve as a visible representative for administrative matters for Human Resources, including fielding employee inquiries, managing employee records and data, and supporting HR projects and processes. The individual in this role must exhibit a high level of professionalism and demonstrate discretion with confidential and sensitive information. The HR Coordinator must be able to multi-task, providing excellent customer service to employees and HR staff while also contributing to HR projects.

The current range for this non-exempt role based out of Aliso Viejo, CA is $55,000/yr. to $64,000/yr. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
A minimum of three workdays per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) are to be conducted at the Aliso Viejo office (25 Enterprise Ste 200, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656).
