Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in management or business transformation consulting.
- Experience in AI, automation or digital solution delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, data science, CS, economics or related field.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate AI & digital transformation through workforce process assessments.
- Design AI-enabled experiences to simplify work and reduce admin burden.
- Partner with technology teams to prototype and scale AI and automation.
- Create future-state operating models integrating people, process, data and AI.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and interviews; deliver executive-ready recommendations.
- Drive initiatives from concept to implementation with measurable value.
