Job summary

Amarr is seeking a strategic, hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will coach and develop Supervisors, build staffing and training plans, promote inclusion, and lead cross-functional projects with a focus on Lean, 5S, and waste reduction to improve overall manufacturing capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost objectives.
• Coach, develop and evaluate Supervisors to build a high-performing workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S) and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
